Click and Collect is available for gold and silver bullion. It also covers collector coins and banknotes. You can order gold jewellery as well. It suits Meeting numismatic and philatelic (coins, banknotes and stamps) requirements. Gift orders are also included.

How to place a Click and Collect order
- Place your order online.
- At checkout, select Pickup in Store as your delivery method.
- Wait for your Awaiting pickup email.
- Bring your Awaiting pickup email and photo ID when you pick up.
What emails you will receive
After you place your order, you will receive:
- Order received (pending confirmation)
- Order accepted (includes your order copy and contract confirmation)
- Ready to Collect (confirms your order is ready for pickup)
Picking up your order
When you arrive, go to the Click and Collect counter with your Awaiting pickup email and photo ID. You will be asked to sign to confirm collection when we hand over your order.
Please note: If you choose Pay in Store, we accept cash only.
